Inverness Mobile Home Community
A 55-Plus Community located at 3300 Lotus Lane in beautiful Lufkin, Texas. Lufkin is located in the heart of the Piney Woods of Deep East Texas.
Inverness is 130 Mobile Home and RV lots on 25 acres. It is beautifully landscaped. The streets are paved and well lit. All of the lots for mobile homes have a covered carport for two vehicles.
Inverness is a safe and secure community. The owners and the managers of Inverness live within the community and are dedicated to the well-being of its residents.
A Community Center-Clubhouse is provided and is open to residents seven days a week. Daily, weekly and monthly activities are scheduled. In addition there are many specially scheduled activities such as pancake breakfasts, pot luck dinners and special dinners on various holidays.
Equipment in the Center includes a pool table, many game tables, exercise equipment, TV, CD Player, and many games and puzzles.
A guest bedroom is also available in the Center. It is for the convenience of our residents who may need an extra room to accoummodate their guests.
